As much as we'd love to tell you we were conjured into being by a magical tanuki, the truth is we were built on one thing: our owner's borderline-unhealthy obsession with good food and good drinks — an obsession their friends happily enabled.
They could never quite shake the homesickness. But they'd built a whole life here and weren't about to give that up either.
So they did the only sensible thing: cast a few ancient spells and pieced us together — a Japanese eatery with a hidden neighbourhood cocktail bar, pouring classics and originals inspired by every walk of life.
That said… we've never seen our owner and a certain large tanuki in the same room 🤔

Our Nutcase of a GM is truly the embodiment of what happens if Kung Fu Panda had an emo phase and made cocktails instead of noodle soup
You’ll find them everywhere and we do mean everywhere, they’ll even come home with you in a gift bag if you ask nicely 😂

The second in command of this beautiful circus of a venue, they’ve spent the last 5 years putting all their energy into other venues and giving guests the best experience they can.
Now they’re here to bring all of that same energy here! and keep nico in check 😂

Our resident anime fan with a love of making drinks to match.
You’ll see them bouncing around the venue and if you manage to catch her, ask her about kebabs

Symon
He started off as one of Nico’s bartenders several years ago but when this space was opened, decided to make the Jump into the kitchen.
He’s grown massively and is an integral part of what makes the venue work

Pip
We’re not actually sure what Pip’s official job title is but we like to run with“Casper the friendly ghost”
You can find them doing anything from running drinks and greeting guests to putting their butcher qualifications to use in the kitchen
